Inspired by local flora of Rotvoll and hardworking fermentation micro fauna, buzzing weeds is a self-service food installation. The installation consists of a metal storage shelving unit with jars of fermented raspberries. The raspberries were foraged around the Rotvoll area in Trondheim. The installation is accompanied by a soundscape that immerses the viewer in the process of gathering and processing the fruit.
